My house

Well this is my house while it is snowing. You can actually tell it's snowing as the white spot showed up in the photo. My bedroom is above the door with 2 windows. Hehe. By the way it's only a red ribbon hanging above the door, not mistletoe plus we got a little christmas tree by the door with christmas light. :-)

IT'S SNOWING

IT'S SNOWING. This photo was taken outside my bedroom as i was in my pjs. When i woke up this morning, I looked out the window and said it's snowing. YAY.

-5 degree celsius, light snow, overcast. That for this morning. Tonight will be some heavy snow.

Canadian wall plug

Someone asked me to take a picture of American/Canadian wall plug. So here it is if your interested.

Lounge Room and Kitchen

Well there is nothing exciting about the kitchen and the lounge room as it's the same any other kitchen i have seen except that the telly have 53 channels and they're all subtitled 24/7. I haven't got around to taking a photo of the basement as it's so cold down there.

Toilet

The toilet, well it's half full and goes anti-clockwise but mostly the drain sucks the water straight out and fill it up again just like the plane and tilt train toilets. I find that it's a waste of water but then again how much water does the aussie toilet use?

Bathroom

Well this is my bathroom, like I said, there is more strange gadget for me to get used to it. There is only one tap for both shower and bath. You have to turn on the tap then pull this little thing on the spout to get the shower running. I know it's weird.

My Bedroom

Well this is my bedroom. Double bed. Bedside drawers. A desk and a walk in wardrobe. I like it. It's simple and nice. Nothing cheerful.

Strange Light Switch

When I came into this house, well I was expecting to turn the light on the aussie way but I got really confused. Suddenly I realised that I have to turn the light on upward. :-S Wish Me luck with strange gadgets. Oh well. At least I am letting you guys know beforehand. Posted by Picasa

Finally in Canada

Well I am at home now in Waterloo. It was a very long flight. Didn't get much sleep on the plane as it was very uncomfortable. Landed in Los Angeles, went through the custom, didn't take long as we has to go to Terminal 2. It took us (Amy, Alice and I) about 10 mins to walk from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2. We were all exhausted and wanting to crash.

Boarded the plane from Los Angeles to Toronto. 4 and a half hr on the plane. *groan* I slept half way through but it got rough at some point so i woke up. It's was just the wind direction. Landed in Toronto. Went through the custom then to the immigrant office therefore I got my study permit.

Guess what happened. Alice lost her luggage somewhere in between Los Angeles and Toronto. I will find out whether she got her luggage or not soon. Oops. I am damn well lucky to have my luggage otherwise I would of have cracked as we were all tired and want to go to sleep.

We stayed in Comfort Inn Toronto Airport North overnight. So we did get some decent sleep.

Today, well we all slept in. We left the hotel at around midday to travel to Downtown Toronto by Cab. They dropped me off at the Greyhound Bus Station so I caught a bus to Kitchener. Arrived around 3.30pm and caught a cab to my place. I will post what the townhouse look like tomorrow as I am very exhausted and ready to sleep.

If my grammar and spelling looks shit, and sounds little bit boring well that 'cause i have a very numbed brain at the moment.

Good night
